Can this tool number my purchase orders in sequence?

No — this page has no memory of any PO you've made before, so it can't check for a gap or a duplicate the way a real numbering system does. Type whatever number you like; it's on you to keep the sequence honest, or use the Ochre app, which numbers purchase orders for you with no gaps.

Will it remember this vendor for next time?

No. Nothing you type here is saved anywhere except a local draft in this browser, on this device — there's no vendor list, no address book. Fill the vendor block again next time, or use the Ochre app, which keeps a vendor list on your device.

Does this track what's been received or paid against a PO?

No — a browser tab can't hold state between a PO, a delivery and a bill. This tool only produces the ordering document. Matching it against what actually arrived is exactly what the free packing slip generator, and eventually the Ochre app, are for.

Is shipping cost taxed?

Not in this tool — the shipping cost line is added to the total after tax, since freight-tax treatment varies by jurisdiction and this free page doesn't try to guess yours. If your vendor charges tax on shipping, fold that amount into a line item instead.
